I have a degree in International Management and a certification in New Work Management, which reflect my interest in intercultural communication, virtual teams, and future of work trends. As a People & Culture Guide, I work with leaders and organizations to shape the way they work and support their transformation to a new paradigm.

Throughout my career, I have cultivated invaluable expertise in the HR/People domain through diverse roles in agencies, start-ups, SME's and multinational enterprises. My proficiency spans the entire spectrum of the Employee Lifecycle, and I am fortunate to have been entrusted with the responsibility of reassessing and refining existing HR/People practices since the inception of my career.
